SemiNex offers up to 20W CW optical power from a 375μm multichip fiber-coupled package. Optional monitor photodiode and red aiming beam available upon request. Standard wavelengths include 1450, 1470, 1532 and 1550 nm. Custom wavelengths possible between 1300 and 1700 nm. High slope efficiency of 50% W/A lowers typical electrical and cooling system requirements.
