Designed for synchronous detection applications, the SR865 2-MHz lock-in amplifier from Stanford Research Systems Inc. offers a frequency range of 0.001 Hz to 2 MHz, dynamic reserve >120 dB, stability of <5 ppm/°C and phase resolution of 0.1 μDeg.
This next-generation amplifier is built on the SR830 standard model. The field-programmable gate array-based device offers a dual reference mode, high-bandwidth outputs and low noise voltage and current inputs. It has a reference 10-MHz timebase input and output on the rear panel.
A touchscreen display offers large numeric readout of measurement results, as well as a full time history of the data. Full Fourier-transform displays of signal input and analog output are also available.
