The 20/30 Perfect Vision microspectrophotometer from Craic Technologies is programmable with touch-screen controls to automatically analyze samples with UV-VIS-NIR spectroscopy and microscopy.

Imaging and spectroscopic analysis can be done by absorbance, reflectance and fluorescence from the deep-UV to the NIR. The device features proprietary Lightblades spectrophotometer technologies, a custom-built microscope, and software capable of image analysis, spectral analysis, film-thickness determination and colorimetry.

Applications include contamination analysis of hard-disk components, thin-film measurement of semiconductors, microcolorimetry of flat panel displays and quality control of pharmaceuticals.
