274 TEC Controlled FixtureThe new 274 TECMount temperature-controlled fixture delivers precision thermal control in a small footprint. Using Peltier cooling for precise and quick thermal response, and a high-performance water-cooled heat sink, the 274 cools loads up to 180 watts to 25 °C when using 20 °C water. A nickel-plated copper cold plate provides maximum thermal performance. External sensor input for DUT temperature sensors.
