VERRIERES-LE-BUISSON, France, Oct. 24, 2014 — The ThunderScan 3-D acquisition system from PhaseView enables ultrahigh-speed volume imaging on single-plane-illumination microscopy platforms.

The system is based on a remote focusing method that does not involve moving the objective or specimen, and allows imaging of dynamic events in sensitive living samples. It is intended to be used with a high-speed camera.
