Capturing 3-D images at nanoscale, the nSPEC 3D from Nanotronics Imaging is a computer-controlled microscope designed for industrial use.

Combining optical lenses with advanced computer pattern recognition algorithms, custom 3-D-printed hardware and artificial intelligence, nSPEC 3D captures nanoscale 3-D images, including quantitative results and structure classification.

The nSpec was initially developed to address the common challenges faced when performing high-throughput imaging of complex materials in factories.
