The HDI 109 3-D scanner by LMI Technologies uses blue LED projection to scan small parts at a high level of accuracy.

The device provides seamless 3-D scanning, from acquisition to post-processing of scans into a full digital 3-D model. It can output into a variety of formats, including .ply, .obj, .stl, .asc and .fbx, to accommodate a variety of systems.

The device is intended for systems integrators or device manufacturers who need 3-D measurement, visualization or inspection of small parts for medical, dental or manufacturing applications.
