OTTAWA, Ontario, May 4, 2015 — Neptec Technologies Corp. has announced enhancements to its 3-D real-time intelligence software development kit, the 3DRi SDK.

Proprietary software algorithms extract actionable information from 3-D sensors. Optional plugins add out-of-the-box features, such as object segmentation, recognition, tracking, automatic change detection and automatic scan alignment.

The 3DRi SDK is used with Neptec’s obscurant-penetrating 3-D Opal lidar sensors to develop intelligent, 3-D automation applications in harsh environments.
