BAD OLDESLOE, Germany, Oct. 6, 2014 — Automation Technology offers the new C5 series of 3-D sensors for industrial applications.

The series applies the laser-triangulation principle for the scanning of objects, and features an ultrahigh resolution of up to 12 MP with measurement speeds of up to 14,000 profiles per second. High dynamic range functionality allows scanning of materials and surfaces with inhomogeneous reflection properties.
