The 3DS1410 3D from Bold Laser Automation is a 3D scanning and measurement system designed for production quality control, supporting analysis of polymers, textiles, stainless-steel components, and many other materials. The 3DS1410 utilizes a Keyence LJ-X8020 laser profiler sensor head, which provides detailed 3D profiling for tubing and complex geometries, along with a 2D/3D controller. The system features XY ball screw linear motion with a 1-μm encoder resolution, ensuring ±0.008 mm repeatability across a 14-in × 10-in scanning area. The standalone, enclosed system delivers a working height of 36 in, making it suitable for labs or production floors.
