The Ruler3002, 3004, and 3010 cameras from SICK AG expand the high-performance capabilities of the Ruler3000 series to fields of view down to 26.6 mm.
The smaller cameras feature a high-powered blue 3R laser for rapid exposure times, allowing them to capture minute 3D details at fast production speeds. They extend the Ruler3000's capabilities for inspecting electronics, consumer goods assemblies, printed circuit boards, and semiconductors. Additionally, the mid-range Ruler 3060 with a field of view of 740 mm is designed for automotive and consumer goods applications. The Ruler3000 offers outstanding repeatability on various surfaces and utilizes Surface+ technology to reveal tiny scratches on smooth, shiny metal surfaces like battery housings.
