BAD OLDESLOE, Germany, April 28, 2022 — 3D Imaging SoftwareThe cxSupportPackage 2022.2 upgrade from Automation Technology GmbH provides an optimized kit of software programs for easy, quick 3D sensor use.

The cxSupportPackage is a variety of tools that customers can use to acquire 3D images, configure the 3D camera, and provide 3D data in the form of range maps or point clouds, among other features. These tools include cxExplorer, cxDiscover, cxShow3D, and cxSDK, which expands the libraries for communication with the 3D camera. The so-called wrappers have been revised to make programming language connection of Python, C++, or C# easier. It also features enhancement to MultiPart compatibility support for the C6 series.
