3D Imaging SystemThe SPINDLE® imaging system from Double Helix Optics allows researchers to extend 2D capabilities to 3D with a click-on module that attaches to existing camera and microscope systems.

The SPINDLE module and its patented Light Engineering point spread function technology allows scientists in academic, institutional, pharmaceutical, and biotech environments to add simultaneous, multi-color 3D-imaging and tracking with precision depth capability to existing microscope platforms. By leveraging 3D capabilities, scientists can more quickly and accurately collect valuable information, deeply visualize cells, and safeguard work from photo toxicity, significantly enhancing R&D efforts.

The hardware is easy to attach to existing camera and microscope systems including wide-field, two-photon, light-sheet, confocal, and more. Applications include particle tracking, single-molecule localization microscopy, and whole-cell imaging.
