The ZEISS ScanBox Series 5 from CAPTURE 3D is an optical 3D measuring machine that features a modular concept and is designed to meet the demands of modern production. The solutions offer three off-the-shelf versions for different part or tooling size requirements: ScanBox 5110, ScanBox 5120, and ScanBox 5130. The automated solution offers two entrance options to fit the user’s needs. Across the solutions the control tower, rotation table and robot modules are identical, allowing users to expand the layout by adding additional working areas or components as needs change. The solution offers users a swivel arm incorporated into the control tower, allowing the user to adjust the table height to operate the automated 3D scanning solution either sitting or standing.
