3D PrinterThe Quantum X align 3D printer from Nanoscribe GmbH enables auto-aligned printing on optical fibers and photonic chips.

The system provides advanced 3D alignment capabilities to enable the printing of freeform micro-optical elements directly onto optical fibers and photonic chips. Based on Two-Photon Polymerization (2PP), the Quantum X align achieves down to 100-nm alignment accuracies in all spatial dimensions. It features advanced 3D alignment capabilities within the disruptive Quantum X microfabrication platform and is equipped with high-precision imaging modules to 3D map substrate topographies while automatically aligning the structures to be printed in all spatial directions.
