KARLSRUHE, Germany, Nov. 23, 2016 — 3D Sensor EVT Eye Vision Technology GmbH has announced the EyeScan AT 3D sensor, ensuring the flawlessness and position of balls on a ball-grid array.

With the laser triangulation method and Scheimpflug-projection, a focused laser line is produced distortion-free on the surface of the component. Captured images have a high resolution due to a big lens and short aperture time.

20,000 profiles/s are analyzed due to the new blue laser, with even the most complex components and surfaces captured with a detailed resolution.
