BAD OLDESLOE, Germany, Nov. 21, 2022 — AT - Automation Technology’s 3D sensors of the C6-3070 series feature high resolution and speed, owed to AT’s recently developed WARP (Widely Advanced Rapid Profiling) technology. The sensor works by detecting the laser line and compressing it without loss using artificial intelligence algorithms, achieving a 3D profile pixel rate of, for example, 128 megapixels at an ROI of 200 lines with a profile speed of 42 kHz. To achieve its high-profile rates, Regions of Interests (ROI) are first defined within the sensor.

The sensor features on-chip processing to handle up to 29 gigapixels per second, and a 3D profile pixel rate of 128 million per second at 200 lines ROI. It carries support for standards including GeniCam 3.0 and features such as Multipart and Multipeak.
