WREXHAM, Wales, Sep. 2, 2020 — 96-Well MicroplatesA range of low-profile, 96-well microplates from Porvair Sciences Ltd. are optimized for laboratory automation.

By maximizing storage space with a storage volume of 0.5 ml/well and a plate height of 27 mm, the low-profile design allows more plates to be stored or stacked in a given space. They are manufactured to comply with ANSI/SLAS dimensions, ensuring compatibility with all manual and automated sample handling systems, microplate readers, and washers.

Available sterile or nonsterile, the plates include a U bottom to enable maximum liquid uptake, alphanumeric well coding for easy sample tracking, and raised well rims to enable easy, high-integrity sealing.
