ANALOG FRAME GRABBERS Euresys sa's Domino Melody and Domino Harmony analog frame grabbers acquire images from analog sources but use proprietary digital domain decoding technology in which functions such as gain, offset and color control are performed in the digital domain. Domino Melody has one 10-bit A/D converter running at 40 MHz and acquires images from a monochrome camera. Domino Harmony has four converters and can accommodate an RGB color and a monochrome camera, or two dual-tap monochrome cameras. Both boards support standard CCIR and RS-170 video input and megapixel progressive-scan and double-speed configurations.
