The AVR-5, -7 and -8 series of pulse generators are fast 500-, 700- and 1000-V pulse generators capable of driving impedances of 50 Ω and higher. They are suitable for attenuator testing, semiconductor and laser diode characterization, and time-of-flight and other applications. Amplitudes to 500, 700 or 1000 V; 20-, 30- or 50-ns rise and fall times; pulse widths variable from 0.1 to 100 μs; PRF to 10 kHz. Includes IEEE-488.2 GPIB and RS-232 interfaces.
