AccuFiz D InterferometerA dynamic, on-axis Fizeau interferometer for measuring optical-quality surfaces. Surface-separation technology lets you test plane parallel flats, concentric domes, spheres, or isolate surfaces in optical systems. Short coherence distinguishes surfaces as close as 200 μm. Beam expanders up to 600 mm, 636 nm (visible), or 1053 nm (IR) for measuring at operating wavelength.
