Aluminum XY Stage The AU200-100x100 aluminum XY stage from Optimal Engineering Systems Inc. (OES) is a low-profile stage measuring 80 mm high with a compact footprint of 348 × 348 mm.

The linear travel of the X and Y axes is 100 × 100 mm, and the resolution of each axis is 20 μm with non-micro-step or 1 μm with 20 micro-steps per step motor driver in use. Repeatability is 2 μm, and the positional accuracy is 3 μm. The stages feature preloaded V-groove and crossed roller bearings.

The stage is designed for applications such as laser drilling, machining, semiconductor handling, testing, scanning, alignment, assembly, medicine, and optics.
