The HFALDM series from Fisba Photonics GmbH consists of ultrafast and compact high-frequency analog driver modules for TO-housed high-power laser diodes.

Modules for 405, 450, 520 and 638 nm and current ranges of up to 2 A are available. Light pulses down to 5 ns can be triggered using an external voltage signal and diode optical signals with arbitrary waveforms, and frequencies of more than 100 MHz can be externally biased.

The module’s applications include frequency-based fluorescent lifetime imaging, time-resolved opto-analytical measurements and external illumination of time-of-flight sensors.
