SANTA ROSA, Calif., Sept. 6, 2018 — Apochromat Objective LensThe M Plan APO (Apochromat) objective lens for NIR from Electro Optical Components Inc. is an optimized optical system with the flat and chromatic aberration-free image over the entire field of view.

The device coating covers 532 to 1100 nm. Features include coaxial vision for real-time monitoring, an infinity optical system, a tube lens focal length of 200 mm, and a parafocal distance of 95 mm.

This series of objectives provide long working distance and higher numerical apertures. With resolution from 5 to 0.34 μm, these objectives can be used for wide applications such as repairing touch panels and solar cells.
