EINDHOVEN, Netherlands, Sept. 19, 2014 — A new high-speed area-scan camera by Adimec is an addition to the company’s series of CMOS global shutter cameras.

Quad CoaXPress CXP-6 features high speed and resolution, and offers reliable image quality to measure small critical structures or defects with increased accuracy and throughput that is required for in-line optical metrology systems. The camera touts a peak transfer rate of 2 GB/s with data transmission between the camera and frame grabber at up to 25 Gbits/s.
