BARRINGTON, N.J., Nov. 9, 2021 — TECHSPEC® 1550-nm High Precision NIR Aspheric Lenses from Edmund Optics Inc. allow NIR system designers to correct for spherical aberrations and improve system resolutions.
Designed at 1550 nm with a 0.25-µm RMS Aspheric Figure Error, the lenses are suited for eye-safe laser applications. It features a protective bevel as needed with a plano back surface, N-SF6 substrate, 40-20 surface quality, and an infinite conjugate distance. The optics facilitate rapid prototyping.
