IRVINE, Calif., June 12, 2015 — Newport PulseScout2Newport Corp. has announced the PulseScout2 autocorrelator, a diagnostic tool for ultrafast pulsed lasers.

It is capable of measuring pulses from both high-repetition-rate oscillators and low-repetition-rate amplifiers. Its pulse width-measuring capacity of 20 fs to 3.5 ps and broad wavelength range from 420 to 1600 nm cover a range of applications.

The system comes standard with both collinear and non-collinear measurement configurations.
