Vision Components GmbH has announced Carrida Parking Management, a flexible, fully automatic, standalone automated number plate recognition/automated license plate recognition module for parking management.
Designed for use on company grounds such as banks, airports, hotels and ports, along with residential areas and shopping malls, the OEM solution automatically recognizes all plates displayed in one image and vehicle plates in several lanes simultaneously. The system features the company’s Carrida Cam in combination with a web-based parking management software module.
The system allows for comfortable remote access via a web graphical user interface, for use with tablets or other handhelds, and runs in networks with other equipment such as under-vehicle scanners, ticket printers and barriers.
