Automated Live Cell Imaging Etaluma offers a line of inverted microscopes which operate within a standard incubator to provide the highest quality time lapse imaging conditions. Traditional inverted microscopes are expensive, complicated, and loaded with features that are not required for these tasks. We have removed the oculars, the arc lamp, the filter wheels, and the CCD for a compact inverted fluorescence microscope that provides high resolution images comparable to those from traditional, high-cost microscopes. Our low voltage digital microscopes allow live cell imaging to be done right; inside your incubator or environmental chamber. Lumascopes focus on: quality images, versatility, compact design, ease of use, and economy.

The LS720 Microscope adds walk-away automation to the many features and high performance of our manual microscopes. Exquisite XY motion control with motorized focus allows autofocus, z-stacks, tiling, custom locations, easy-to-configure software, and magnifications from 1.25x to 100x. Whether imaging multiple fields in your flasks with real phase contrast or 1536 wells of cells with 3 channel fluorescence in a multi-day time-lapse, the LS720 offers a whole new world of automated microscopy. Etaluma also supplies a variety of OEM imaging modules for your instrument project.
