The ISO-Spector M1A 3D automated optical inspection system from Marantz Electronics Ltd. features fast, automatic programming with production-ready inspection results in short cycle times.
The ISO-Spector M1A has a field of view of 69 × 69 mm and a 25-MP camera with advanced lens optics. Multiple moiré fringe projections enable high-precision, shadow-free measurement of heights up to 25 mm, as well as four fully programmable sideview, high-resolution cameras able to actively inspect J-leads and other devices invisible to top side imagers.
The large field of view, combined with an industrial-grade computer, ensures short cycle times even when fully utilized, including foreign material detection across the complete printed circuit board area.
