The Beam Analyzer Touch from AMS Technologies measures beam profile, size, shape, position and power.

The stand-alone unit has a built-in touch screen and measuring head. Its 190- to 2700-nm spectral range allows it to measure beam sizes from 2 µm to 10 mm with 0.1-µm resolution, and its patented technology enables tomographic reconstruction of 2-D and 3-D images.
