DORTMUND, Germany, Nov. 13, 2014 — Beam transformation systems from LIMO Lissotschenko Mikrooptik GmbH make the asymmetrical output of a bar laser source into a symmetrical laser beam.

Ten systems are available in pitches of 200, 400 and 500 µm, and can convert light from standard diode laser bars and mini bars. They can be used with wavelengths from 600 nm to 1600 nm, and provide high beam quality via residual divergence that ranges from 13 mrad to less than 5.0 mrad.

The systems also use four fast axis collimators (FAC160, FAC286, FAC365 und FAC410), optimized for short focal lengths.
