The High Efficiency Double Spot (HEDS) beam splitter from Holo/Or Ltd. is a subaperture-based diffractive optical element.

The system is capable of splitting a beam into two spots with 97 percent efficiency and almost no power in undesired orders.

Beam splitting is useful for many uses including lithography, perforation, cutting and other material processing applications. For sensitive applications, a novel diffractive HEDS  is also available.
