biased photodetectors. They deliver
cost-effective diagnostic tools for ultra-fast
measurements in high speed applications,
including viewing of Q-switched, modelocked,
or rapidly modulated laser signals
and picosecond laser alignment. Available
in Silicon, UV-Silicon, GaAs & InGaAs
versions. Rise times as fast as 25 ps.
Biased by internal battery or external
power source.
