EOT sells biased photodetectors for time domain and frequency response measurements. These photodetectors are easy to use and available with free-space or fiber input, making them suitable for monitoring the output of a variety of lasers. Models are available for the 190- to 2100-nm region, with frequency responses of >10 GHz. Amplified versions allow detection of microwatt power levels.
