AUKLAND, New Zealand, March 25, 2022 — Bit-Error-Rate-TesterThe PXI-based PAM4 Bit-Error-Rate-Tester (BERT) from Quantifi Photonics Ltd. brings eight lanes of 29-Gbaud PAM4 in a single PXI module for high-volume transceiver manufacturing.

With the ability to scale to 64 channels in a single PXI chassis and up to 512 channels by chaining eight chassis together, the PAM4 BERT reduces cabling and maintains a small, streamlined footprint. It also features a built-in, distributed clock. Built on open, modular PXI technology, it is used alongside a module compliance board, oscilloscope, and intuitive software. The single-platform transceiver test solution reduces complexity, allowing engineers to increase test efficiency and accelerate time to market.
