The Optoelectronics Co. Ltd.Request Info
The Optoelectronics Co. has announced three 405-nm blue-violet laser diodes from Ushio Opto Semiconductors Inc. that are designed for direct imaging applications.
The USHIO HL40071MG offers 300-mW optical output power in a 5.6-mm package. It also features 50-mA threshold current, operating current of 280 mA, operating voltage of 6 V, 6º beam divergence parallel to the junction, 15º beam divergence perpendicular to
the junction, laser diode reverse voltage of 2 V, and operating temperature of 0 to 70º C.
The USHIO HL40063MG and the HL40065MG laser diodes are multimode devices with TE mode oscillation, blue-violet lasing wavelength of 405 nm, and optical output power of 600 mW in a 5.6-mm package. They feature a laser diode reverse voltage of 5 V, photodiode reverse voltage of 20 V, operating temperature between 0 and 30º C, 140-mA threshold current, 600-mA operating current, 4.2-V operating voltage, 13º beam divergence parallel to the
junction, and 42º beam divergence perpendicular to the junction.
