The device connects wirelessly to any smartphone via Bluetooth. The phone app allows users to setup their own databases for sample analysis.

Using data from its spectral library, this palm device can perform quantitative and qualitative analysis at anytime and anywhere for plants, plastics, illicit drugs, pharmaceuticals, explosives, biological warfare agents, medicine, food, and any other material. Any material’s unique molecular signature can be captured by the miniaturized device. Both iOS and Android mobile devices are supported, making implementation of this chemical analyzer a breeze!
