HUNTINGTON, N.Y., March 10, 2020 —
PPI 2010 Broadband Resistors from Passive Plus Inc. are designed to operate at frequencies up to 50 GHz.
With microwave laser-trimming used to ensure a tight tolerance at high frequencies, the resistors are wire bondable, solderable, and can be used in a flip-chip configuration. They feature a standard resistance of 50 to 100 Ω and a resistance range of 3 to 1000 Ω. Power readings of up to 800 mW is feasible.
Applications include use in optical transceiver modules, broadband receivers, TOSA/ROSA, broadband test equipment, low noise amplifiers, and 5G in the opto-electronics, telecom, broadband, defense, and communications markets.
