A variety of coating options are available, beside the 1330- and 1550-nm bands for data communications. Their tight centricity and diameter tolerances make them an ideal solution for the fiber optic connectivity field. With a standard lateral decenter of <0.3 µm, the C-Lenses reach transmission loss of <0.2 dB.
The devices are able to withstand harsh application environments such as geophysical exploration, military communications, industrial data transmission and video broadcasting.
