BATAVIA, Ill., April 6, 2020 — CAN BUS to Fiber Optic Bit-DriverThe Model 2149 CAN BUS to Fiber Optic Bit-Driver® from S.I. Tech Inc. can be added to media converters, switches, fiber optic repeaters, and cable assemblies.

With a footprint of 4 × 3.5 × 1 in., the DIN rail-mountable product features a 24-VDC power supply for use in industrial and automotive plants. It is available with standard multimode fiber capability to work up to 2 km or with single-mode fiber capability to go up to 10 km or longer.

Applications include the automotive and transportation industries, among other industrial uses.
