Vytran’s CAS-4100 and CAS-4100-P are compact optical fiber splicers designed for integration into an automated manufacturing line. CAS-4100 systems quickly and efficiently create high-quality splices on standard and specialty fibers from 50 µm in diameter. Applications include telecom, sensing and fiber laser component manufacturing, among many others. The CAS-4100-P model is tailored for use on polarization maintaining (PM) fibers.

CAS-4100 systems feature:
