CCD CAMERA The TM-6710CL monochrome camera from JAI Pulnix Inc. is a version of its TM-6710 model and offers a Camera Link digital interface. Featuring noninterlace quad-speed scanning, 120 fps video at full VGA resolution, the device utilizes a Kodak KAI-311 1/2-in. CCD imager with 648 × 484 resolution. Its 9-µm square pixels provide the light sensitivity required for high-speed image capture and a precise geometry for gauging, inspection and motion analysis. The signal is analog progressive scanning (484 lines) and the full-frame electronic shutter has asynchronous reset that permits shutter speeds to 1/32,000 s.
