The KAF-16200 features 6-μm pixels with a transparent gate electrode that provides high sensitivity, high dynamic range and integrated overexposure protection for high-quality imagery and detail in an APS-H (34.6-mm-diagonal) optical format.

It is available in a RoHS-compliant ceramic dual inline package package, and is available in both monochrome and color configurations.
