The i-trometer miniature back-thinned CCD spectrometer manufactured by B&W Tek Inc. is now available from Polytec GmbH. The instrument employs a high UV/VIS/NIR response CCD detector array for high detection sensitivity, and it offers a wide dynamic range, good quantum efficiency and low stray light. It also has a true 0.22-NA optical bench and a detachable fibre bundle option. Applications include UV/VIS/NIR spectroscopy and lamp characterization, solar monitoring and high-pressure liquid chromatography UV detection.
