RICHMOND, British Columbia, Oct. 27, 2020 — CMOS CameraThe Triton TRI054S camera from LUCID Vision Labs Inc. features Sony’s IMX490 automotive, high dynamic range CMOS image sensor with rolling shutter.

The back-illuminated stacked CMOS sensor allows for simultaneous imaging with 120 dB of dynamic range and LED flicker mitigation. With the 5.4-MP, and 2880 × 1860 pixel resolution running at 23.1 fps, the camera enables a wide-angle field of view and high precision recognition in light and dark settings for advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous driving. Active sensor alignment provides high optical performance, a lightweight, compact 29 × 29-mm size, and IP67 protection.

The camera is well suited for other applications that demand high dynamic range imaging such as electrical fuse inspection, high-contrast medical imaging, automatic guided vehicles, and ITS applications.
