The EoSens® 21CXP2 CMOS Camera from Mikrotron GmbH combines a resolution of 21 MP with a pixel size of 4.5 µm, high sensitivity, and quick image acquisition speed, enabling up to 230 fps when using all 5,120 × 4,096 pixels.

The integrated CoaXPress 2.0 interface handles large data volumes at 4× 12.5 Gb/s without latency times, ensuring reliable and fast transfer of the captured monochrome or color images to the connected processing system. The global shutter sensor enables sharp imaging, even with moving objects. It can be used for industrial applications in which inspection parts are frequently moved past the image processing station on conveyor belts, in order to reliably detect even the smallest defects even at high processing speeds.
