MÜNSTER, Germany, May 20, 2020 — CMOS Industrial CameraThe CB262 5K high-speed industrial camera from Ximea GmbH is based on the Gpixel GMAX0505 CMOS sensor to deliver 26 MP at 150 fps when streaming at 10 bits in RAW image format.

The camera uses color and mono versions of the GMAX0505 sensor, which contains 5120 × 5120 pixels with a size of 2.5 µm while providing a dynamic range of 70 dB in 12-bit mode. It can be applied to demanding applications and can also be used with compact C-mount lenses. Custom specifications are available to suit individual needs.

Applications include flat panel inspection, printed circuit board examination, border security, wide-area surveillance, 360° panorama, cinematography, instant replays, virtual and augmented reality, sports imaging and broadcasting, motion capture, and aerial or city mapping.
