Valley Design offers advanced capabilities in four-axis CNC micromachining of precision optics in materials including fused silica, quartz, sapphire, glass, silicon, ceramics, molyb-denum, aluminum and all other metals. Valley is a one-stop shop for CNC micromachining, lapping, polishing and dicing. Features include through holes, pockets, corner chamfers, radii, edge chamfers, steps, complex geometries, tight tolerances and polished surfaces. Parts can range from as small as 0.127mm to as large as 450mm.
