The OCP-150 model cold plate from Elite Thermal Engineering is a thermoelectric cooling module designed for OEM applications involving high-power laser products, medical equipment and semiconductor processing. The device has mounting patterns for various fiber-coupled laser diodes, including those made by nLight, QPC and LIMO. It uses the proprietary HS-008 heat sink model with three heat pipes. Both heat sink and pipes are nickel-plated and soldered together to maximize heat spreading for high-heat-flux laser diodes.
